What are some things I should be looking for in a professional window washing company:

  1. Are your tracks and sills cleaned at each window? Many window washers never open the windows.

  2. Is your screen wash actually scrubbing or are you just wiping it down? It would be pointless to clean the glass if the screens are dirty.

  3. How do the staff look, and are they in uniform? Companies that don't invest in looking professional will only succeed in the short term.

  4. Ask for references and contact information. A reputable company should provide you with them for free.

  5. Do they have workers' compensation and are they insured? Accidents can happen. You should always be prepared for any unexpected events that may occur.

  6. How are they equipped for this? From a distance, washing a hard-to-reach window properly using a pole is almost impossible. With five different ladder sizes and a 60' water-fed pole, we will be able to clean every single window. We can reach everything!

  7. Are you comfortable letting them into your office? Our employees are subjected to a full background check, as well as frequent drug testing. Our company only hires individuals we would be comfortable having in our home. The employees we hire should give you a sense of confidence.

How do you price your window cleaning services:

Our company offers ultra-competitive prices and estimates for our services. We price services based on the number of panes. Large volume discounts are available. Keeping up with the marketplace ensures that our prices are lower or, at most, on par with those of reputable, insured competitors.

How to help prepare for our arrival:

  • All window treatments and blinds should be opened or raised.

  • The area around windowsills or other areas where our crew will be working should be free of knick-knacks and valuables.

  • We ask you to remove furniture, curtains, and plants from the window area. The same applies to obstacles on decks, porches, and sunrooms.

  • Please let us know if you need assistance moving some items.

  • If applicable, open all security doors/windows/screens.

  • Deactivate your security system if applicable.

  • We ask that you please keep your pets in safe designated areas during our visit to ensure our cleaner's safety.

How we wash your windows:

  • To provide you with the cleanest windows possible, we use only the best tools and solutions.

  • After applying our cleaning solution to your windows, we scrub them with a soft 'wand'. There is no haze left behind and the solution is safe to use on your window tint.

  • Our next step is to use a rubber squeegee with a channeled design attached to a handle and remove all the dirt and solution.

  • The frames are then towel dried before the glass is detailed with a microfiber cloth.

  • To remove paint, tape, or other debris from wet glass, we use a glass specific scraper.

  • You can sit back and enjoy having your windows cleaned once they have been approved.
